The Villa

The Villa is equiped with a modern kitchen with Owen, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine etc.. a big living room with a table for 8 and a salon with a 65" SMART TV. From the living room and kitchen we have great views of the gardens and pool (lighten at night) The South side of the house has a 12m long pergola with a chillout sofa with space for everyone. VILLA ALEGRE has 3 spacious bedrooms with modern closets and main room has a flat screen TV. 2 rooms have direct access to the pool and terraca.

NORTH SHORE VILLAS park is 5 villas in 25.000m2 of private land completely closed and directly next to protected areas in fuerteventura. VILLA ALEGRE own garden of 4.000m2 has beautiful palm trees and local plants. There is a great distance in between the villas and there is a lot of privacy. All pools are heated and the villas have a Southwest orientation to be protected from the Northern Winds.
