Welcome to VILLA ALEGRE LAJARES, it is a pleasure to welcome you in our Villa. To make your stay more comfortable, please read the following indications:

• SMOKING is forbidden in the villas
• PARTIES are not allowed, please keep noises to a minimum after 22h
• THRASH is to be taken outside to a garbage next to the football field (after 19h)

Our Villa recycles dirty water to be used in the Gardens, so please do not throw any PAPER or similar in the bathroom (use the thrash can instead)

POOL is shared for the 2 Villa Alegre Villas. The pool is heated but heating system is only efficient if the pool is covered with the Thermal Blanket most of the times (required at night as the temperature really drops)

SOLAR Fuerteventura is a natural Paradise and as an Island, it has limited resources. Villa Alegre is equipped with solar panels. During the day, all electric needs are covered by the solar panels installed in the house roof, while during the night they are supplied by the electrical companies. We beg you to try to use all the electric appliances during the day and keep electric usage to the minimum during the night. The planet and our pockets will thank you.

Please do not feed the CATS, we take care of them already so they don t need extra food.
